SINGAPORE - SMART Communications Inc, Philippines top mobile phone provider, has obtained a fresh $50 million foreign loan for the expansion of its 3G services from Nordeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale of Singapore

The loan would be used to bankroll the expansion of its state-of-the-art 3G services.
